Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped every Saturday.

  • How We Ship: We use the independent carrier Chit Chats to ship all orders from Montreal. Final delivery is handled by local postal services (e.g., USPS in the USA, Canada Post in Canada).

  • International Tariffs (USA & All Other Countries): All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and prepaid at checkout through Shopify's system. This means you will not be charged additional fees by the carrier upon delivery, helping your package clear customs easily. These fees are separate from our store's shipping costs.

  • Returns & Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Packages returned to us as "unclaimed" or "undeliverable" due to unpaid fees or address issues will not be refunded.

  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for orders to Canada and the USA only. We cannot provide tracking for other international destinations.
